Cherry-Fennel-Apple: This international love letter in a bottle is a special release in honor of our first stockist, Dépanneur Le Pick Up, to celebrate of savouré's first decade. We use whole cherries and fresh fennel bulbs, fronds and all, to capture the full range of flavour from two of our favorite pieces of produce, who play so well together. The bold red fruity explosion of cherry brings in notes of almond to compliment the anise; crisp apple energy bring the orchard to the party; a hint of lemon juice adds some tart to round it all out, delivering a complex and refreshing sip.
